1. PROTOCOL_AGREEMENT

By initializing the Apex Protocol, you agree to submit to the rules of the simulation. Modifying the executable or injecting unauthorized code (unless formally aligned with the Syndicate faction and acting within engagement parameters) is strictly prohibited and carries severe penalties.

2. VIRTUAL_ASSETS

All loadouts, cybernetic enhancements, weapons, and sector acquisitions remain the absolute intellectual property of Nexus Multiverse. Unauthorized distribution of these assets in the meatspace will result in immediate neural banishment and potential legal recourse.

3. LIABILITY_WAIVER

Nexus Multiverse is not responsible for any psychological feedback loops, phantom pain, localized memory loss, or desynchronization sickness experienced during extended sessions. Operatives engage with the Apex Protocol at their own cognitive risk.
